There is also a fascinating exhibit of the history of the Ghanaian currency. Artists Alliance Gallery is another place of interest. It is an Artist-run gallery over 3 floors with sculptures, fabrics and paintings. It covers everything from cheap wooden artifacts for a few dollars, to expensive paintings by the top artists in Ghana. Visitors can also simply browse in a relaxed gallery without being hassled to buy.
Osu, a suburb of Accra has many trendy restaurants, and is known for its nightlife.
