Corporate Innovation Programme
The KQ corporate innovation program is a structured approach implemented to foster and support a culture of innovation within KQ through employee engagement and implement projects that deliver value to the organization. The program aims to encourage employees to generate new ideas, improve existing processes, and develop innovative solutions. Activities include ideation, idea pipeline management, training workshops, leadership support, resource allocation and collaboration programs for problem solving.
